At Himalayan Monal, our story is one of passion, tradition, and a shared dream that began in a small village in Nepal. Two brothers from Gulmi embarked on a remarkable culinary journey, moving from the vibrant streets of Delhi and Mumbai to the dazzling cityscapes of Dubai, and finally arriving in the UK.
With over 25 years of combined experience, our chefs have dedicated their lives to perfecting the art of Nepalese and Indian cuisine. Each dish at Himalayan Monal is a tribute to their heritage, crafted with fresh, high-quality ingredients and time-honoured techniques.
